Partner at Finerio
Anish Mehta is a Partner at FINERIO, and a Chartered Accountant based in Dubai, UAE. He brings over 25 years of professional experience with Big 4 firms — Deloitte and EY — across financial reporting, audit, assurance, taxation, and business advisory. Throughout his career, Anish has served large family-owned businesses and corporates across retail (consumer business), trading, construction, real estate, hospitality, and healthcare. His work spans group consolidations, arm’s length structuring of related-party transactions, and the intersection of UAE Corporate Tax requirements with IFRS-based financial reporting.
A technically rigorous and commercially minded professional, Anish combines deep expertise in international financial reporting standards and UAE regulatory frameworks with a pragmatic, client-centric approach — helping organisations navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. Beyond his technical practice, he plays an active role in FINERIO’s business development and service design, shaping the firm’s BPO accounting capabilities and developing client-facing frameworks for the retail, manufacturing, and professional services sectors across the UAE and India.
Anish approaches every engagement with a commitment to technical integrity and practical utility. Whether advising on a nuanced IFRS position or designing an outsourced accounting solution, the goal is always the same: give clients the clarity they need to make informed decisions and move forward with confidence. Anish served as Chairman of the Dubai Chapter of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) — a community of over 3,000 Chartered Accountants — where he bridges the CA profession with the UAE’s dynamic business ecosystem. He is a regular contributor to the professional and business community through speaking engagements, technical training sessions, and participation in industry and CSR events.

Sachin Bhandari
Partner at Finerio
Sachin Bhandari is a Partner at Finerio and is based in Dubai, UAE.
With over 24 years at Big-4 firms such as Deloitte & Touche, UAE and Ernst & Young, India Sachin has led audits of large family businesses, multinational companies and public interest entities consistently delivering quality, insight, and commercial value.
Sachin has also advised clients on complex Internation Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) matters and delivered workshops and road shows on IFRS. He has deep sector experience spanning consumer business, retail, manufacturing, information technology, real estate and construction, automotive, healthcare, fund management, hospitality and facilities management industries.
At Finerio, he brings that same depth of expertise directly to every client engagement.
He is well versed with risk based audit methodology of Big 4 firms as applied to all his clients over the years. He has led audits of family offices and group audits of family businesses headquartered in UAE with international operations in accordance with ISA 600R. He also has experience managing audits of US listed entities in accordance with PCAOB regulations.
He has designed and delivered IFRS training for clients and professional bodies, and conducted audit methodology and technical workshops for audit teams and staff.
Sachin has been an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India-Dubai Chapter with 3000 plus professionals including CFO, FC and CXOs.
